For some Connect apps with web items and target type dialog are not opening correctly

Between 13th September 11:00pm UTC and 22 September 3:03am UTC, we experienced that dialogs were not opening in web items of Connect apps installed in Jira Software Cloud. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Investigating

We are investigating reports of intermittent errors for web items not opening correctly for some Atlassian Jira Cloud customers with Connect apps in Jira Software. We will provide more details once we identify the root cause.
