Between December 14th and today, we experienced some problems with the issue transition functionality. The issue has been resolved and the services are operating normally for all instances.

Identified
We have identified an issue where some users are unable to transition tickets, and perform transitionary operations in Jira Cloud. We have resolved this issue for most sites, but some instances are still experiencing these errors.
