Between 01:00 Sunday 10th Feb UTC to 08:35 Monday 11th Feb UTC, Jira Cloud was impacted by a change in our 3LO consent flow resulting in users being unable to complete the consent flow. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Identified

We have identified a problem which is causing some 3rd-party apps to fail to authenticate with Jira with an "Unauthorized" message. We are in the process of rolling out a change to fix this.
