Between 2019-02-03 23:26 UTC to 2019-02-04 07:27 UTC, we experienced a situation where a small percent of new users were unable to log into Jira and Confluence. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Monitoring

We have identified the root cause affecting some new users not being able to log into Jira and Confluence. We have deployed a fix and are now monitoring the issue.

Investigating

Some newly invited users to Atlassian Cloud Jira and Confluence are unable to login successfully. This started at approximately 3:00 AM UTC today.
