Between 10:00 AM UTC to 02.00 PM UTC, we experienced scrolling problem in Jira issue view and Jira Service Desk's queue loading issue for Jira Cloud. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

We are investigating an issue with scrolling in Jira issue view and unable to load Jira Service Desk's queue that are impacting some of Jira Cloud customers. We will provide more details once the root cause has been identified.
